SmartStrand Carpeting

SmartStrand carpet flooring by Mohawk is a Denver Carpet and Hardwood favorite among our customers. The stain-resistent carpet is exclusively dealt by Mohawk with Dupont. The carpet is made with a fiber containing Bio-PDO (Sorona), which is made from corn sugar, a renewable resource, making Smartstrand environmentally friendly than most stain-resistent carpets.

The stain resistance of Smartstand is built in to the fibers, not sprayed on, so it will never wash away or have to be reapplied. Smartstrand even resists the fading of bleach and can be easily cleaned with water and mile detergent.
